All our products are exclusively handmade. Due to the nature of hand-crafting, there may be slight variations in bead placement, fabric folds, or minor details between the product image and the item received. These are not defects but are marks of unique craftsmanship.
2. Product Representation & Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our handmade products as accurately as possible on our store. However:
*Display Variations: As screens and monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
*Handmade Nature: Since every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in design or material are natural and expected.
*Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect stock info, we reserve the right to correct the error and will contact you immediately before processing the order.
3. Pricing and Payment
*Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
*Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
*An order is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
*We offer both domestic and international shipping.
*Estimated delivery times are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or logistics issues beyond our control.
*For International Orders: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damage Claims & Unboxing Video Policy
Your agreement to our services includes a strict adherence to our damage claim policy:
*Mandatory Requirement: A clear, unedited, and genuine unboxing video is required to claim any refund for damaged goods.
*Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
*The Process: Upon approval of your claim, we will arrange for a return shipment of the damaged item. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Pitily Pops. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction held in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
