Shipping Policy

At Pitily Pops, we strive to deliver your handmade accessories in the safest and most efficient manner. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1.Dispatch & Processing Time

*Processing Window: Once an order is placed, it takes 0 to 5 business days to dispatch. This timeline depends on the order quantity and the intricate handmade nature of your items.

*Tracking: As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, we will share the tracking details with you via email/SMS so you can monitor its journey.

2. Delivery Timelines

*After dispatch, the delivery time depends entirely on your location and our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post).

*Metros: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.

*Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

*Please note that delays caused by courier partners or extreme weather conditions are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges & Weight Calculation

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight or the volumetric dimensions of the package (whichever is higher), as per industry standards. The shipping fee also includes the cost of secure packaging to ensure your accessories reach you in perfect condition.

*Domestic Shipping Rates:
Up to 1 kg: ₹80
Above 1 kg: The rate increases in slabs. For example:
1.01 kg to 2 kg: ₹160
2.01 kg to 3 kg: ₹240
And so on (double the base rate for every additional kg or part thereof).

4. International Shipping
For orders outside of India (e.g., Dubai/UAE), shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight. Any customs duties or local taxes applicable in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are 100% correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, additional shipping charges will apply to re-send the parcel.
