1. No Return, Refund, or Exchange
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind" or any other personal reasons. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered a final sale.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item you received is physically damaged during transit.
3. How to Claim a Refund for Damage
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, you must adhere to the following strictly:
*Verified Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package's shipping label, the opening of the seal, and the clear discovery of the damage in one single shot.
*Timeframe: You must report the damage and share the unboxing video with our team within 5 days of delivery. Claims made after 5 days will not be entertained.
*Verification: Once we receive your video, our team will review it. We reserve the right to deny a claim if the video is found to be edited, unclear, or if the damage appears to have occurred after unboxing.
4. Refund & Return Process
If your damage claim is approved based on the verified unboxing video:
*Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a return shipment of the damaged product from your delivery address. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging for the pickup.
*Full Refund: Once the damaged product is received back at our facility and inspected, we will initiate a full refund of the order amount to your original payment method.
*Timeline: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
